The Rocket® - Masterclass
Often, it is assumed that this is a fast-paced class, but it is not.
The Rocket got its name when the creator (Larry Schultz) was on tour with the Grateful Dead in the 90s and was named the Rocket as “it gets you there faster.” Where does it get you? That’s up to you to decide.
The lineage originates from Ashtanga, but with a greater emphasis on functionality rather than form. If you can’t do an asana, no worries - adapt or adjust it for yourself.
The main thing is to enjoy it, have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously.
In this workshop, we will work through Series 1 - it's a grounding sequence with all the folds, and hopefully come out with a new perspective.
Not done a rocket class before? No problem. All levels welcome!

Yin Yoga & Sound Journey
A gentle yin practice, where we will travel through the 7 chakras followed by a soothing sound journey. Embodying the transformational qualities of the Chakras to restore, harmonise and balance.
What to expect:
The gentle energy of Yin Yoga, long held stretches to release tension, each posture will target one of the 7 Chakra’s from the base of the spine to crown; Root (Muladhara), Sacral (Svadhishthana), Solar (Manipura), Heart (Anahatasana), Throat (Vishuda), Third eye (Ajna), Crown (Sahasara).
This soft, soothing practice will be followed by the powerful healing vibrations of Crystal Chakra Bowls, and other percussion instruments to harness your internal harmony and wellness.
What are Chakras?
Chakra is the Sanskrit word for “wheel.” Chakras are energy centres in the body, there are many chakras or energetic pathways across the human body. However, 7 major centres are located along your spine, provide a subtle energy aligned with specific internal organs, hormonal glands, nerves, emotions, and thoughts. Prana (universal energy) flows through your chakra system.
This energy is considered pure, healing energy designed to keep you healthy and vibrant.

Yoga for the Spring Equinox
The word equinox means “equal night”, signifying the time twice each year when daytime and nighttime are approximately of equal duration. Yoga naturally embodies equinox by balancing polarities, the sun and moon, movement and stillness, strength and softness, and not least the masculine and feminine.
Spring Equinox focuses on awakening, renewal, vitality, and transition, upward expansive energy and fluidity of action. Using the 5 Elements of Ayurveda combined with the Sun Salutation (Ha) and the Moon Salutation (Tha), we will explore mandala breathwork, two complementary asana sequences, and conclude with a guided meditation in Yoga Nidra.

This therapeutic writing session is designed to be as fun and freeing as possible! We will embrace the wild, the wacky and the downright weird as passages through shame into a more integrated, uninhibited human experience.

The ceremony will be guided by a trained and experienced Kambo practitioner who will support you

Do you find your mind noisy and distracting in your day-to-day life? Do you find it difficult to sit down and meditate, or even to focus on any particular task? Do you feel your mind overly concerned about what you look like and what others are thinking of you during your Yoga practice? If so, then this workshop is for you!
This workshop is designed to show you that you do not need to be sat down in silence to be meditating and find space from the mind. For Jamie, meditation is simply a state of alert observation of the Life that we are in all the many ways it expresses itself, including when we are moving the body. Present Movement understands that internal stillness is there to be felt and experienced in any activity if we are able to cultivate the quality of attention necessary to notice it, and that is what we will be exploring in this workshop.
Expect to playfully move the body in a variety of ways, exploring things like:
Present interaction with objects through tactile exploration and mind-body coordination
Conscious moving around the space eg. exploring various forms of present walking
Circular/Spiral and Wavelike movement forms and theory surrounding them
Shaking and body tapping practices
Humming/vibration of the vocal chords
Also expect space towards the end of the workshop for relaxation and a shift in focus from movement towards more quieter and introspective practice. We will arrive in various Yin Yoga shapes to observe the subtle movements and messages from within the body, and ultimately land in a final relaxation.
This workshop is designed to be playful, fun and interactive as well as deeply introspective and connective. Present Movement is for everyone, and no prior experience of Yoga (or anything else for that matter) is required for this workshop.
Prepping for Estival Solstice
Feast days and festivals are always opportunities to ground, gather and observe. Not least if the wider world is encouraging speed, spends and superficiality cultivating a yin healing circle can be a powerful protection of our deepest selves.
Summer, with its pleasures and distractions offers us the bounty of nature and the chance to round and ripen, to loll and find our leisure. We can soften as we stop, lean into care rather than control and actively conserve each other’s solitude and softness. To mark activities of the moon, the wheel of the year as it turns, and the elemental shifts within the TCM tradition requires active presence. The Divine Feminine is rooted in lunar and seasonal traditions of all kinds. Yin is noticing, decelerating and making the links and connections “as above so below”.
What to expect:
2 hours of Slow hold Yin shapes, Ambient music and some storytime.
Journey to Spiltz
Let’s be honest—splits can look a bit terrifying. But this workshop isn’t about forcing yourself into some extreme pose for the ‘gram. It’s about the journey (and all the wobbly, wonderful steps along the way).
Join Ellie and Anna for a playful, supportive workshop that will help you open up the hips, hamstrings, and heart—with a big dose of patience, laughter, and zero pressure to be “there” yet. Whether you’re miles off the floor or nearly there, this is for you.
Expect creative flows, deep stretches, and clever prep work that supports your body where it is right now. No pain, no pushing—just mindful movement, smart technique, and a few giggles when we inevitably fall over.
You might not leave in full hanumanasana (that’s the fancy name), but you will leave feeling stronger, more open, and pretty damn proud of yourself.

Yang to Yin
Experience the power of both Yang and Yin in this two hour practice that will move us through a strong Vinyasa before settling into stillness.
Beginning with Vinyasa, we’ll use the strength of both asana and pranayama to help balance out our energy - allowing us to drop into the practice of Yin.
During the Yin portion expect to hold (mostly seated) postures for anywhere between two and ten minutes. These long holds encourage a release through the connective tissue of the body as well as offering a release for the mind.
Here we’ll find discipline and strength in stillness to help facilitate a deeper, more meditative experience.
