We’ll begin the afternoon with an energising, dynamic Vinyasa flow, your Yang, awakening the body and lifting the spirit. Then, we’ll transition into the deep stillness of Yin, allowing space to soften, release, and rest.
After our 75-minute practice, we’ll explore the philosophy behind Yin in a relaxed, open discussion.
There’ll be time for questions, sweet treats, and a cosy chat to close the afternoon.
