The Regulated Woman

The Regulated Woman - Nervous System Foundations for Modern Life

This workshop is designed to provide women with a clear, practical understanding of nervous system regulation and why it forms the foundation of sustainable health, hormonal stability and long-term resilience.

In a world of constant demand, many women operate in ongoing activation without recognising the physiological cost. This session bridges science and application — helping participants understand their internal patterns and equipping them with realistic tools to build steadiness, capacity and adaptability.

Workshop Objectives

-Understand how the nervous system influences energy, mood, sleep and hormonal balance

-Recognise personal patterns of activation, overload and depletion

-Develop awareness of early stress signals and internal load

-Learn practical, science-informed regulation tools that can be applied in daily life

-Explore the philosophies and application of nervous system management from ancient wisdoms of TCM & Ayurveda

-Create a simple, personalised nervous system support framework

Key Takeaways

-Clear understanding of personal nervous system patterns

-Practical tools to stabilise energy and emotional responses

-Increased confidence in managing stress and cognitive load

-A personalised regulation reset plan for daily and weekly use

-Stronger foundations for resilience, hormonal stability and sustainable performance

Grounded in the Full Cycle Method

This workshop reflects the principles of the Full Cycle Method — supporting women to lead their lives in alignment with their physiology rather than in conflict with it. Nervous system regulation is positioned not as a luxury or a reactive tool, but as the essential foundation for clarity, adaptability and modern female leadership.

A regulated woman is not calm by chance. She is steady by design.

Microdose Art Collective and Discussion Group at 4NT
Mar

Microdose Art Collective and Discussion Group at 4NT

Welcome to the first meeting of Microdose Art Collective!

This session will include discussion, art making and creative writing in celebration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. Microdose is an art collective and discussion group that focuses on psychedelia in everyday contexts.

It treats the psychedelic state as something that can be accessed through substances but that ultimately exists independently of them—a dimension or experience of reality that is carried back to this one in various ways. The intention is to collectively and creatively explore how we might stay connected to love, truth and unity in all states of consciousness.

Using prompts, we will begin by contemplating our individual understanding of ‘psychedelia’ and exploring common themes. Participants will then be invited to make art based on their definitions. The intention is to create a space for free expression—no art skills are required. With this understanding, participants will be invited to share an artefact related to their personal experience of non-ordinary states of consciousness (see ‘what you will need’ section!).

We will then do a creative writing exercise to tell the story of the artefact. The idea is to create a living museum of psychedelia, where symbols are explored through images and language. We will conclude the session by creating collaborative poetry, compiled of lines from the writing exercise, like an exquisite corpse art game.

We hope the surreal, fragmented poetry will mimic the qualities of the psychedelic experience! With the permission of participants, we will compile the artwork from the session into a zine, which will be distributed to the group when completed.

The cost of the ticket includes the use of art supplies, a vegan (non-psychedelic!) beverage, and a copy of the zine. We really hope to see you there!!

What you will need:

An artefact related to your individual experience of an altered state of consciousness. This could be a song that you like or have written, an object, a poem or piece of writing, artwork, a photograph, or anything else that holds meaning for you.

Artefacts related to dreams, meditation, childhood or similar experiences, or just associated with psychedelia/consciousness more broadly, are welcome too. Art supplies will be provided, but if you like to work in specific mediums or with specific tools, then please bring these along.

Disclaimer

Please note: We do not facilitate psychedelic experiences and do not actually microdose during sessions! The intention is to engage with psychedelia beyond the psychedelic state. There is also no requirement to have experience with psychedelic states. Only curiosity and the desire to create are necessary!!

About the facilitators:

Leonie and Adam are both writers, artists and academics living together in Manchester. Adam teaches yoga and tattoos, while Leonie teaches meditation and therapeutic writing. Dinner table conversations include: dream states, weirdness, love.

This guided experience offers a unique opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level and release what no longer serves you, in a safe and supportive space. An ancient Amazonian healing ritual designed to cleanse the body, clear the mind, and realign your energy.

What is Kambo?

Kambo is a natural secretion from the Amazonian Phyllomedusa bicolor tree frog, traditionally used by indigenous tribes for its powerful purifying properties. The Rocket® - Masterclass

The Rocket® - Masterclass

Often, it is assumed that this is a fast-paced class, but it is not.

The Rocket got its name when the creator (Larry Schultz) was on tour with the Grateful Dead in the 90s and was named the Rocket as “it gets you there faster.” Where does it get you? That’s up to you to decide.

The lineage originates from Ashtanga, but with a greater emphasis on functionality rather than form. If you can’t do an asana, no worries - adapt or adjust it for yourself.

The main thing is to enjoy it, have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously.

In this workshop, we will work through Series 1 - it's a grounding sequence with all the folds, and hopefully come out with a new perspective.

Not done a rocket class before? No problem. All levels welcome!
