Let’s be honest—splits can look a bit terrifying. But this workshop isn’t about forcing yourself into some extreme pose for the ‘gram. It’s about the journey (and all the wobbly, wonderful steps along the way).

Join Ellie and Anna for a playful, supportive workshop that will help you open up the hips, hamstrings, and heart—with a big dose of patience, laughter, and zero pressure to be “there” yet. Whether you’re miles off the floor or nearly there, this is for you.

Expect creative flows, deep stretches, and clever prep work that supports your body where it is right now. No pain, no pushing—just mindful movement, smart technique, and a few giggles when we inevitably fall over.

You might not leave in full hanumanasana (that’s the fancy name), but you will leave feeling stronger, more open, and pretty damn proud of yourself.
