The Divine Dance

This absorbing workshop with Arun will guide you through two asana sequences inspired by Classical Indian Dance. “Parvati’s Graceful Dance” and “Shiva’s Dance of Creation” will be “learned by heart” accompanied by inspiring music and devoted with love to the divine feminine-masculine union.
