Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain the availability of classes, we kindly request that you cancel your reservations at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations

For members, for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time, a £6 late cancellation fee will be applied to your account.

For non-members, for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time, your class reservation will be forfeit.

No-Shows

For members, for no-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation), you will be charged a £6 fee.

For non-members, for no-shows, you will lose your class reservation and will not be able move the class to another day or time.

Membership and Non-Transferability

Class slots are non-transferable for all customers, including members. This means that you cannot give or sell your class slot to another person.

Account Balance and Invoices

For members, the £6 late cancellation fee or no-show fee will be applied to your member account.

For non-members, for both late cancellations and no-shows, the full value of the class will be forfeited, and you will not be able to attend the class.
