No experience is required, our aerial yoga classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners!Our experienced instructors guide you step-by-step through each movement, helping you feel comfortable and supported in the hammock.

You can wear anything you feel comfortable in, try not to wear clothing with items that hang loose.

Our hammocks are safe upto 250kg and have been safety tested. We encourage all shapes and sizes to enjoy class with us!
