Birth Chart Reading and time with our founder Stacey —because self-inquiry is just as important as study and we wanna know who YOU are so we can tailor the course to suit you. We wanna know YOUR story!

Guided practises rooted in Jivamukti and Ashtanga Vinyasa, learn how to sequence, modify and getting creative with transitions. Study how to structure a class, pace, flow, energy and theming. Applying the dynamic, breath-led principles from both lineages.

Guiding with confidence, clarity and connection. Learn Safe and effective assists, verbal cues and how to support students in postures. With a huge focus on confidence building and authentic self expression we want you to discover from within and lead from experience - we will help you find your voice and teach you how to hold the room with ease.

Understanding the body’s mechanics and energy systems. Applied anatomy for yoga, energetic and subtle body study. Chakras, Nadis and integration.

Study the sound of yoga and music curation. Weave sound into your practise and teaching. Learn basic sound healing with crystal bowls to enhance your skill set. Explore chanting in depth and learn the basics of harmonium. Finally working with the art of silence.

Here at 4NT we are big on the profound teachings of yoga. Study the Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita and more. Learn how to write and speak Sanskrit and work on how to write dharma talks to deliver impactful classes weaved with knowledge and your story, a theme and a purpose. You gotta go in to go out!

Harness the power of breath and stillness. Learn classical breathing techniques, how to guide meaningful meditation and holding space for trauma. This is also a very special module as you will be taught about all things Astrology and Moon that you can use to learn about yourself and weave into your teachings.

All classes are taught at 4NT Studio in Stockport - between the studio and our new tailor-made learning space.
