You know that feeling, stiff before you even get up, tired for no good reason, like your body belongs to someone else. This is where that ends.

Six sessions with our founder Stacey designed to shake off the lethargy, unknot the tension, and get you back inside yourself. Your back stops screaming. Your neck starts moving. And somewhere around session three, something shifts. You stop doing it because you have to and start doing it because it actually feels good. That is the routine. That is the version of you on the other side of this.

    Expect a bit of chat. A bit of cheek. Probably a bit of swearing. But underneath all of that… it’s solid. Proper teaching. Rooted in lineage, not just vibes.

    She will guide you through it in a way that actually makes sense in your body. No pretending. No pressure to look a certain way. No performing for anyone. Just real movement, real breath, and a bit of honesty about how it actually feels when you’re in it.

    Some moments will land soft. Some will push you. Some you might laugh through, some you might want to tell her to shut up through… all valid.

    It’s not about getting it perfect. It’s about getting into it.

    Taking yourself seriously enough to show up… but not so seriously that you forget to enjoy it.

Self-Centred + Strong AF uses Pilates to take you from reset to rooted. You will feel stronger, more present, and genuinely at home in yourself. The kind of self-care that actually holds.

    Gabs teaches with this quiet precision. No shouting, no drama, no ego… just really, really good Pilates. She’ll cue you into places you didn’t even know existed, and suddenly you’re shaking, wondering how ten minutes has done that much damage.

    She’s patient, she’s encouraging, and she’ll always give you space to find it in your own body… but she knows exactly what she’s doing. Every movement has purpose. Every hold has a reason.

  • No, not at all.

    You don’t need any experience in yoga, Pilates, or anything else to do this course. It’s been designed for people starting exactly where they are, whether that’s completely new to movement or just getting back into it after a break. Everything is simple, clear and easy to follow. No complicated choreography, no expectation to “get it right”, and no pressure to keep up with anyone else.You just press play and move at your own pace. If anything, this course is probably best if you’re not overthinking it.

    Just show up, do what you can, and leave the rest.

  • 10 mins per sesh, 60 mins in totes!

  • Forever bbz!

  • It’s great to have a yoga mat, blocks and a small resistance band if you have one for pilates but you can literally do it with none of these also hun!
